Digital Transformation Supporting and Consulting Center in Ho Chi Minh City – DXCenter
DXCenter promotes activities related to digital transformation, and supports small and medium-sized enterprises in planning and implementing digital transformation strategies to improve their business performance.
The Digital Transformation Supporting and Consulting Center (DXCenter) is a science and technology center under Quang Trung Software City Development Company Limited (QTSC). DXCenter is the official organization in Ho Chi Minh City that performs works related to digital transformation, contributing to the development of an ecosystem of digital transformation in Vietnam, especially in Ho Chi Minh City and in the southern key economic region.
Operational Goals
DXCENTER WAS ESTABLISHED TO DEVELOP A ECOSYSTEM OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION AND DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY IN HO CHI MINH CITY
- Becoming a reliable partner of Vietnamese organizations and enterprises in planning and implementing digital transformation strategies.
- Gathering top technology experts, reputable researchers, and leaders of organizations and enterprises to collaboratively solve the problems posed by the Industry 4.0 and digital transformation.
- Acting as a bridge between various components of the digital economy, promoting the synergy to create the highest efficiency in digital transformation activities.
Mission – Vision
- DX Center was established by the assignment that QTSC receives from the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City with the tasks of promoting the development and improving the efficiency of digital transformation activities based on the scientific and technological innovations in Ho Chi Minh City, making the most of existing and potential resources to best implement the digital transformation activities, networking the ecosystem of digital transformation, supporting small and medium-sized enterprises in digital transformation to improve their business performance.
- The Center’s vision is to become one of the leading digital transformation consulting centers in Ho Chi Minh City within the next 5 years, a place for converging, diversifying, and transferring knowledge, experience, technologies, resources for digital transformation, thereby serving as a launching platform for the digital transformation and innovation activities in Ho Chi Minh City and across our country.
Target audience
In order to promote powerful digital transformation activities, create a spread effect in the society as well as contribute to the city’s socio-economic development, DXCenter will focus on serving our customers in the following order of priority:
- Small and medium-sized enterprises, bodies, and organizations with need of optimizing their operational processes and improving their operational performance through digital transformation.
- Digital technology enterprises with need of reaching out to potential customers for technology transfer.
- Agencies, departments, cities, and districts with need of applying technology to the services available for the people.
- People with need of learning about digital transformation and methods for applying technology to improve the quality of life.
- Universities, colleges, and training institutions with need of cooperating with the Center in training human resources for the digital transformation and organizing visits for students.
